What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can resolve operational or client issues, improve workflows, maintain data quality, and apply my growing artificial intelligence and data science knowledge.

At the International Organization for Migration (IOM), I collaborated with internal teams and external partners to resolve inquiries, manage support tasks, and maintain clear communication through to resolution.

I improve operational workflows by reporting user feedback, identifying discrepancies, maintaining digital records, and updating documentation for accurate guidance and knowledge sharing. Previously, at Al Said Electromechanics Group, I validated client files, controlled data quality, and maintained databases and trackers for fast, accurate retrieval.

I'm completing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, building on my Software Engineering background and experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI, KNIME, Python, and ticketing systems.
