What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a QA opportunity where I can grow into automation testing, support software quality, and improve user satisfaction. I want to work in an Agile environment with clear test ownership, strong defect workflows, and continuous improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1+ year of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. I focus on delivering reliable quality by designing effective test cases and executing thorough checks.

In my role at Thrievo (Apr 2022 – Jun 2023), I performed manual testing across web and mobile, identifying and reporting defects. I created and executed detailed test cases and checklists to improve test coverage, and I conducted regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple devices.

I’m comfortable working with test tools and workflows, including Jira and Trello for bug tracking and Postman for API testing with HTTP methods plus JSON/XML validation. I also validate behavior against SQL data using queries to support accurate testing outcomes.

I follow Agile/Scrum and SDLC/STLC practices and understand the defect life cycle. I’m currently seeking to grow into an automation testing role while contributing to software quality and user satisfaction.
