I am a goal-driven and people-focused professional transitioning from education to customer service, aspiring to serve as a Call Center Agent. My experience as a Secondary Maths Science Teacher has equipped me with the ability to manage group dynamics and provide support with clarity and empathy. I am passionate about using my interpersonal and leadership skills to guide customers in a professional setting.

Throughout my teaching career, I have demonstrated the ability to organize tasks, prioritize issues, and handle diverse challenges effectively. I believe that effective communication is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, and I strive to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
