What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine credit risk, customer communication, and data analysis to reduce overdue accounts and drive measurable improvements in cash flow and retention.

I’m a Credit risk manager combining analytical thinking with hands-on client communication to resolve issues quickly and improve account health. In my current roles, I focus on identifying root causes and aligning stakeholders to reduce account ageing.

Previously, I supported customers in a technical environment by troubleshooting devices, guiding purchasing decisions, and finding relevant sales opportunities. I also built and maintained large Excel reporting for unpaid invoices, following up by email and phone to secure payment timelines.

Earlier, I completed an internship as a Data analyst where I collected, visualized, and analyzed data, assessed news relevance to stock prices using Python, and developed a predictive model with strong accuracy (low normalized RMSE). I bring initiative, adaptability, and strong data management to every team I join.
