I’ve supported an end-to-end recruitment process at SkillCave—sourcing, screening, conducting initial telephonic interviews, and coordinating scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

I keep recruitment organized using MS Excel trackers and candidate databases, and I’ve helped with job posting and onboarding documentation support for the HR team.

On the academic side, I designed a Consumer Payment Preference Survey with primary data, analyzed it in Excel, and presented insights using charts. I also built multiple financial analysis case projects using ratio analysis and structured reporting (including 5-year statements for Apple and statement/risk-style analysis for Maruti Suzuki).

I round it out with case study work on the Maggi–Nestlé controversy and a sustainability project where I proposed a conceptual environmental impact model tied to business performance, profitability, and eco-friendly practices.
