I’m a Senior Associate – SQL DBA / Azure DBA with 6+ years of experience in SQL Server Administration, Azure IaaS/PaaS, DBA lifecycle operations, and Production Support. I’m known for performance tuning, strategic problem-solving, and delivering high availability with optimized performance.

In my current role at TekFriday Processing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I manage 200+ SQL Servers with databases up to 3TB in production and support 24x7 operations. I’ve improved query performance by 30–40% through indexing and execution plan tuning, and I’ve automated backups, maintenance, and monitoring to reduce manual effort by 50%.

I design and maintain HA/DR architectures using Always On Availability Groups, Log Shipping, Mirroring, Replication, and SQL Clustering. I also lead on-premises to Azure migrations (IaaS & PaaS), configure Geo-replication and data synchronization for continuity, and implement security controls like TDE, RBAC, firewall rules, encryption, and auditing.

Beyond core DBA work, I build automation and monitoring to keep SLAs on track—using SQL Agent Jobs, PowerShell, Azure Monitor, alerts, and SQL tools like DBCC, DMVs, SQL Profiler, and execution plans. I also deliver ETL and reporting using SSIS and SSRS, including parameterized and interactive reporting for business stakeholders.
