I'm currently supporting critical SAP production environments at Infosys Limited, providing 24/7 L1/L2 administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
I work across SAP Basis operations including performance monitoring, root cause analysis, kernel and support package upgrades, HANA installation and upgrades, system refreshes, transport management, RFC connections, client copies, and user and role administration.
I've also supported SAP archiving for ECC and S/4 environments, including archiving-object selection, document migration, job scheduling, archive infostructure, and technical documentation. I focus on system availability, data privacy, and customer satisfaction.
