I’m a Backend Engineer with 1.5+ years of experience building fault-tolerant backend systems, REST APIs, automation workflows, and cloud-native services using Python and modern cloud stacks. I focus on reliability, security, and operability—so systems handle failures gracefully and keep teams moving fast.

At Tech Mahindra, I built a Python-based incident automation platform that monitored Elasticsearch alerts and auto-created ITSM incidents across 9 cloud environments spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP. I implemented OAuth2/OIDC authentication with token caching and auto-refresh, and I designed resilient alert processing with crash recovery, idempotent incident handling, and exponential-backoff retries to prevent duplicate tickets and manage transient failures. I containerized and deployed the service with Docker on AWS ECS Fargate, partnering with cross-functional teams for onboarding and production issue resolution.

I’ve also delivered FastAPI REST endpoints for validation and synchronization workflows, integrating Azure Blob Storage for secure document persistence. I write Pytest unit and integration tests and manage CI/CD using Git, GitHub, and Jenkins, and my internship experience building an OCR document text extraction pipeline reinforced my drive to ship end-to-end, testable solutions.
