I’m a procurement professional with 4+ years across enterprise IT, robotics, and defence manufacturing, with my day-to-day centered on P2P (Procure-to-Pay). I own the PR-to-PO lifecycle, vendor quotations, and fulfilment to clean closure—built on accuracy, follow-through, and a low-escalation mindset.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I run the full P2P cycle for IT hardware categories including laptops, PCs, RAM, mobile devices, and Catalyst network hardware. I process requisitions and raise POs across JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle Fusion, and Coupa, manage 100–200 PR-to-PO transactions monthly, and work with logistics partners across countries while keeping financial closure on track (including Receive Authorisation Form). I also improved execution by introducing an Advance Shipment Confirmation (ASC) process and wrote SOPs the team uses for onboarding, while building and publishing a Weekly Open Order Report in Power BI to surface open POs, ageing orders, and fulfilment gaps.

Previously as Supply Chain Manager at Accio Robotics, I sourced AGV/AMR components and negotiated directly with global suppliers on pricing and delivery. To reduce single-vendor risk on critical parts, I built an alternate/global supplier network, handled international procurement and inbound logistics (including customs clearance timing), and moved inventory tracking onto barcode scanning to reduce manual reconciliation work.

Earlier at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), I worked as a Purchase Engineer procuring electronic and subcontracted mechanical components through SAP S4HANA (MM) using RFQ and tendering, and ran supplier bidding via SAP SRM across Limited, Restricted, and Single Tender formats. I negotiated pricing, kept an approved source list current for MRP-driven planning, and built RFP/RFQ and invitation-to-bid templates while tracking monthly PR-to-PO conversion and partnering with quality control when issues came up.
