I'm a Chartered Accountant with five years of experience in FP&A and Business Finance across manufacturing and commodity trading. I like being the finance partner who sits close to the business and turns numbers into decisions people can act on.

Right now I lead FP&A and strategic insights at Dhampur Bio Organics, covering sugar, ethanol and country liquor. I own the annual and quarterly budgets and have brought forecast variance to within ±5%. Working with operations teams on cost of production and unit economics, I've delivered ₹3.52 crore in annualised cost savings and cut process chemical cost variance from 19% to 7%.

Before that, I spent over three years at Export Trading Group leading FP&A for a cross-border business of 22 entities across North America, India, the UAE and Bangladesh. I owned budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and cash flow, and managed a team of 11. Working with Sales, Operations, Treasury, Risk and Legal, I improved the cash conversion cycle by 54 days and saved about USD 2 million in finance costs on roughly USD 540 million of working capital. I also built the business case and financial model for an USD 18 million processing plant in Saudi Arabia and delivered it 15 days ahead of schedule.

I enjoy replacing manual reporting with automated dashboards, and I have cut reporting effort by 50% using Power BI and web platforms. I'm comfortable working across time zones and explaining numbers to non-finance stakeholders.
