I'm currently managing FP&A at Netradyne, leading ARR reporting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and board presentations. Previously at Zepto, I partnered with the F&V and Meat categories, implemented a supply-chain-finance program for top vendors, and helped deliver annual packaging-automation savings of Rs. 3 Cr.

At Wakefit, I owned the Furnishing & Decor P&L and led cost-reduction initiatives delivering Rs. 2.5 crores in annual savings. I also drove AOP planning, automated new-product MRP determination through a pricing model, and provided retail performance insights across inventory, manpower, profitability, costs, and margins.

My finance foundation includes business finance, controllership, subsidiary finance, financial reporting, working-capital optimization, audit, and financial-accounting advisory work at Pidilite, EY, KPMG, and Garg & Associates. At EY, I prepared Ind AS financial statements for a major US-based group and supported McKinsey & Company's Latin America corporate-tax team on P&L analysis and financial reporting.

I'm a Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience building P&L, balance-sheet, KPI, budget, forecast, and scenario models. I communicate assumptions, trade-offs, and analytical logic clearly to senior stakeholders to support better decisions.
