I shipped and maintain Petal Chan, a privacy-first offline period and cycle tracker on iOS and Android. I own product behavior, architecture, React Native/Expo delivery, debugging, testing, store releases, monetization, and ongoing iteration.

Petal Chan reached 265K Play impressions, about 3K device acquisitions, and 900+ monthly active devices in a six-month Google Play view. I built its offline-first privacy model with no required account, local processing, biometric protection, and no collection of personal health data.

Real users exposed the limits of calendar-only cycle prediction, especially for irregular cycles, birth control, and symptom-focused tracking. I reworked the tracking and prediction model around cycle history, BBT, LH tests, cervical mucus, and symptoms, including symptom-only modes for varied contexts.

I also built an NFC scan-to-record mobile workflow for a client access application. My workflow combines product reasoning, architecture, agent-assisted implementation, independent review, debugging, testing, and hands-on production validation before shipping.
