I’m looking for a team where I can build responsive, user-centered React/Node applications with real-time features. I want an Agile environment with code reviews, performance focus, and opportunities to ship reliable, scalable products.

I’m a Full Stack JavaScript Developer with 1,000+ hours of hands-on training through The Odin Project and freeCodeCamp. I build responsive web and mobile applications using React, Node.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and real-time features, with a focus on practical, user-centered code that solves business problems.

In my current role as a Frontend Developer / Open Source Contributor at Pamoja Community Platform, I help develop a real-time MERN stack connecting 1,000+ developers, recruiters, and tech leaders across Kenya through live chat, job boards, and instant CV review features. I implemented 10+ React components with Redux state management and Socket.io + MongoDB data streams, delivering accessible, responsive UI across 3+ Agile sprints with peer code reviews and performance optimization cycles.

I also strengthen production React open-source projects (SpaceYaTech) by improving Git workflows and branching standards for a distributed team of 5+ contributors. Before focusing fully on development, I led operations as an Operations & Customer Relations Manager, overseeing e-commerce for 5,000+ SKUs using ERPNext and Zoho, and coordinating a fulfillment team of 4+ across the full order lifecycle—experience that keeps my engineering grounded in real-world execution.
