What I'm looking for

I’m looking for platform/growth engineering work where I ship end-to-end, build developer tooling and AI-augmented infrastructure, and use analytics to measure impact—building reusable systems that make teams faster in distributed environments.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years building full-stack systems, developer tooling, and AI-augmented infrastructure at BNY Mellon. I bring a growth engineering mindset to platform work: I ship user-facing features end-to-end, instrument analytics pipelines, and build reusable systems that make teams faster while measuring impact in numbers.

I conceived and delivered an Internal Developer Platform that cut onboarding from 2 days to 15 minutes and was adopted across teams with no top-down mandate. I also built the organisation’s first MCP server, exposing internal platform APIs to AI coding assistants for natural-language queries in a regulated environment, and drove AI-augmented development adoption to 2x commit velocity in Q1 2026. Across frontend and backend, I’ve led migrations and multi-environment releases (e.g., Angular 17–19 and multi-brand identity verification) while owning projects end-to-end in distributed, async environments.
