Aynah Nadeem

I’m a patient-focused Medical Assistant with hands-on urgent care experience performing vitals, phlebotomy, injections, wound care, EKGs, urinalysis, and X-rays. I also support respiratory care with breathing treatments and handle testing such as Covid-19, mono, strep, and HCG. I direct patients to exam rooms, field questions, and prepare for physician examinations so visits run smoothly.

In each clinic, I’ve built strong relationships through clear communication that fosters trust and supports the commitment to quality care. I’m comfortable working fast while staying precise with care steps like splinting/casting and completing clinical testing requirements. I also maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information.

Earlier on, I strengthened my administrative foundation through roles like Health Administrative Intern and Office Assistant, where I coordinated with interdisciplinary teams and streamlined administrative processes for efficiency. I promoted a positive work environment through collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.

I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Management and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. I carry academic momentum as an Eastern Michigan Deans’ list recipient (GPA above 3.5), and I’m driven to combine direct patient care with smarter healthcare operations.
