I built the KZ Housing Price Predictor to estimate apartment prices across Almaty, Astana, and Karaganda. I scraped more than 5,800 listings and compared several models; the best achieved an R² of 0.82.
I deployed its prediction API with FastAPI and built an interactive React dashboard with real-time predictions and city-level statistics.
For the Bolashak Education Dashboard, I aggregated and visualized open data on Kazakhstan’s scholarship program and national education indicators. I built the dashboard with a Node.js backend, PostgreSQL storage, and filterable charts.
At the 2025 IEEE Hackathon, I led data pipeline development for a team project, cleaning tender data, engineering predictive features, and building an ML model for bid predictions. Our working prototype placed third among competing university teams.
