I’ve built major features end-to-end: a desktop notifications system using Service Workers for real-time agent alerts, a drag-and-drop WhatsApp flow builder from scratch (UI, backend integration, and complex JSON handling with Angular CDK), and analytics dashboards with ApexCharts. I’ve also implemented a help center full-text search using Lunr.js (client-side indexing, debounced queries, snippet extraction with context highlighting, and real-time filtering), delivered complete modules (surveys, automations, settings, onboarding, reports, chatbots, and 2-step verification), and improved performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and bundle optimization.
