I've supported Rhodes University’s Communications and Advancement Division as a Student Assistant, handling reception, switchboard operations, alumni database records, filing, and daily administrative support.

I welcome visitors professionally, direct calls promptly, and maintain accurate records by verifying missing information and correcting data-entry errors. I’ve also coordinated meetings and prepared documents during busy graduation periods.

As a Sub-Warden for Rhodes University Conference Office, I’ve looked after visitors during the National Arts Festival and supported students during supplementary examinations. I managed check-ins and check-outs, allocated rooms, responded to requests, and kept residences safe, orderly, and welcoming.

I enjoy people-facing work and take pride in keeping shared spaces, front-desk interactions, and administrative processes running to a high standard. I bring a calm, dependable approach when busy periods require sound judgement and attention to detail.
