At NCB, QAU, Islamabad, I managed and troubleshot Linux-based HPC nodes and wrote Bash scripts to automate resource management. I also engineered command-line pipelines for Bulk RNA-seq preprocessing, alignment, and read quantification.

I'm developing afsh, a custom Unix shell in Rust, along with its parser parsaf and tokenizer lexaf. I’ve also programmed an ESP32-S3 robot in Rust and developed a Python chatbot with a custom Roman Urdu model.
