What I'm looking for

I seek a performance testing role in Agile banking/fintech teams where I can lead test strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, apply monitoring tools, and grow into senior test leadership while delivering reliable systems.

I am a Performance Test Engineer with over 2 years of experience delivering load, stress, and endurance testing for banking and fintech applications in Agile environments.

In my current role I lead and coordinate testing teams, distribute test cases, and support the creation and maintenance of performance test scripts. I have managed multiple active projects simultaneously while ensuring consistent testing standards and timely execution.

I am proficient with LoadRunner, JMeter, Postman and monitoring stacks such as Grafana and Kibana APM, and I use tools like WireMock, Jenkins, Git, JIRA and ClickUp to support CI/CD, mocking and tracking. I emphasize clear documentation, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

I hold a degree in Information Technology with a strong academic record and have published work on machine learning; I also scored 940 on the TOEIC. I seek to apply my testing expertise and leadership to help teams deliver reliable, high-performing systems while continuing to grow as a test engineering lead.
