I’m a Payroll and Finance professional with experience managing high-volume payroll for 1500+ government contract employees. I focus on ensuring compliance with federal regulations and FAR requirements while delivering accurate, on-time payroll execution.

I’ve owned end-to-end payroll processing and led payroll audits, using variance analysis to identify discrepancies and improve data integrity. I reconcile payroll accounts and support weekly/bi-weekly close processes, helping ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with general ledger data.

Collaboration is core to how I work—I partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain audit readiness. I also analyze labor cost trends to support forecasting, budgeting, and cost-control decisions.

Before payroll, I worked as a Management Analyst, developing pricing models and cost estimates to support contract bids and margin/profitability assessments. I bring strong Excel, SQL, and Tableau capabilities to translate complex information into actionable insights for better financial and operational outcomes.
