What I'm looking for

I'm looking for Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Application Support, or Product Support opportunities where I can gather requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve ERP or application workflows, and grow my SQL and data analysis skills.

At Excellon Software, I resolve complex functional support tickets and translate client requirements into structured inputs for product, technical, and development teams.

I support automotive applications for KTM, Triumph, Husqvarna, and Bajaj Pulsar, coordinating issue resolution, validating fixes through UI and functional testing, and helping reduce business impact.

I also provide client training, manage ERP and application operations, and guide users through workflows, escalations, and common operational issues. I'm currently building my SQL and data analysis capabilities to strengthen reporting and data-driven analysis.

Previously at Allstate Solutions, I processed auto, property, and medical insurance claims within SLA timelines, supported integrations and litigation-related work, and created Excel utilities for claim and SLA tracking. I was recognized multiple times as Employee of the Month and closed 100+ property claims with 100% SLA compliance.
