At The Greatness Initiative Life Skills and Medication Services, I develop programmes and proposals, facilitate life skills training for teens, and deliver neurodiversity and inclusion programmes. I also facilitate conflict management programmes for a security firm and develop staff training programmes.
At the Children's Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, I supervise and train staff on the Foster Care Team. I manage foster care cases, prepare court reports and transition plans, and facilitate case reviews and training for foster parents and children.
Earlier, as an Associate at the Children's Authority, I managed foster care cases and contributed to court proceedings. My work has included family assessments, treatment plans, and interventions to support positive behaviour and social-emotional development.
