I support month-end close and account reconciliations using BlackLine, and handle vendor and client queries through ServiceNow (CSS). I also use AAP and LANZAR macros to automate repetitive activities.
I create and maintain Desktop Procedures to support consistent workflows and audit readiness, and conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for process transitions. My work also supports internal controls, SLA requirements, and continuous process improvement.
