At Zuora, I own release and system quality for enterprise monetization services spanning CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Payments. I cut regression execution from nine hours to 4.5 hours by parallelizing Java, Playwright, and REST Assured suites within Jenkins and Azure DevOps quality gates.
I build reusable UI and API automation frameworks, validate financial-data integrity and API contracts, and provide go/no-go signals for weekly release trains. I also built an autonomous AI Quality Agent that runs API/UI validation, gathers failure evidence, and files traceable Jira defects behind deterministic gates and human review.
