What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable AI, ML, and data systems that turn complex healthcare or research data into reliable decision support, automation, and measurable operational impact.

At HealthPartners Institute, I turn claims, clinical, genomic, and OMOP data into research-ready systems and decision support. For the NCI-funded CONNECT cancer study, I built and validated recruitment algorithms and ETL pipelines supporting 26,946+ randomized participants, including a cancer-history detection algorithm with 99% sensitivity and 90% specificity.

I've also built an SDoH LLM classifier that achieved F1=0.940, an enterprise RAG assistant using Confluence and Azure OpenAI, and pathology-report classifiers reaching up to 98.6% F1. My work combines Python, SQL, cloud analytics, experimentation, data quality, and cross-functional technical leadership to make complex research workflows scalable and reliable.
