I am a research-driven product designer and startup research lead with hands-on experience in user discovery, UX design and early-stage product strategy. I synthesise qualitative research into actionable product decisions and have led stakeholder engagement with clinicians and specialists to shape safe, compliant workflows.

I have applied analytical methods in high-security research environments and built user-focused digital products—from designing interfaces that increased engagement by 25% to engineering a full-stack real-time chat app using React and Node.js. I excel at scoping MVPs under ambiguity, prioritising features by impact and feasibility, and translating designs into developer-ready assets.
