I bring 7 months of experience in Rayna tours as an operation executive, where I handled travel bookings using online portals. I’m comfortable with PNR creation and pricing on Amadeus, and I have a fair understanding of passport and visa processing.
I also completed an internship at Sun Tourism Nigdi (19Feb17 -28Apr17), strengthening my customer interaction skills. I’ve trained in IATA GDS Fares and Ticketing and attended a basic course of GDS–Amadeus, and I’m currently pursuing a diploma in Hospitality Hotel Manegment and tourism to grow further in travel and tourism.
