I’m a Certified Professional Coder–Apprentice (CPC-A) with 12 years of healthcare experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in acute care hospital and school-based settings. I bring a strong foundation in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and official coding guidelines.
I’m experienced in clinical documentation review, provider order interpretation, and medical record abstraction with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and coding integrity. I support coding accuracy through E/M documentation review, documentation integrity checks, and correct code selection and sequencing.
