I've spent 14 years at Lubbock Independent School District teaching French, Spanish, and AVID while building college and career readiness opportunities for students.

As an AVID Site Coordinator and District AVID Tutor Trainer, I maintained campus certification, organized college visits and family events, recruited and trained tutors, and delivered staff development on instructional strategies.

I've also supported campus operations as an Assistant Campus Testing Coordinator, coordinating state and precollegiate testing communication and processes.

As Campus Communicator and Campus Technology Leader, I maintained the school website, led three platform changes, helped transition the campus to Google Education, and trained teachers across the district on Google Drive, Gmail, and educational technology.
