At Corteva Agriscience, I turned production, inventory, and logistics data into reports and process improvements for manufacturing teams. I rebuilt month-end inventory reconciliation as an ETL process, reducing the work from about 80 staff-hours to about 14.
I also created a daily inventory variance report that helped teams investigate issues the same day, and automated reporting for railcar congestion and restricted-material locations. As local lead for the SAP S/4HANA to FIORI migration, I trained users, tracked issues to resolution, and wrote procedures for access, data governance, and SAP-to-Excel reporting.
Earlier, I maintained regulatory compliance libraries at Dow Chemical and designed an Access database with Excel reporting to track missing documents and recurring trends. I currently volunteer with Think Big Act Bigger, designing physical solutions and print and digital marketing materials.
