As a self-employed digital marketer, web writer and video editor, I created emails, articles and e-books, edited videos, and produced social media content. I also optimised content and used digital and AI tools to create visual and audiovisual materials.
At AGIPI, I handled customer calls and emails, helped customers create online accounts, and directed them to the appropriate department. In other telephone adviser roles, I guided policyholders on reimbursements and entitlements, and supported people seeking COVID-19 guidance.
As a naturopathic adviser, I took client histories, maintained files and proposed action plans and advice on nutrition, herbal medicine and nutraceuticals. I’m interested in creative and digital projects, and adapt easily to new tools and working environments.
