Aung Thurain Tun

I am a dedicated Software Support Engineer with extensive experience in customer software training and technical support. My journey began with a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies in Taunggyi, followed by a Master in Business Administration from UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur. Over the past six years at Galaxy Software Company in Yangon, I have honed my skills in implementing and managing monitoring technologies for software and network platforms.

Throughout my career, I have successfully designed and delivered training programs tailored to the skill levels of employees, identifying gaps and creating courses to enhance their capabilities. My strong knowledge of SQL databases and my ability to liaise effectively with software developers have enabled me to provide comprehensive customer solutions. I take pride in my ability to facilitate workshops and e-learning modules, ensuring that training materials are consistently updated and relevant.
