I’m looking for a Software Engineer role where I can build scalable, reliable enterprise systems and contribute to production support and system integration—especially with globally distributed teams and remote opportunities.

I’m a Software Engineer with experience delivering enterprise software solutions across telecommunications, aviation, and healthcare. At Amdocs in São Paulo, I collaborate with globally distributed teams to develop and maintain business-critical systems for Claro Brazil, including Order Management Systems (OMS) and payment platforms, with responsibilities spanning software development, production support, system integration, troubleshooting, and reliability.

I previously automated a manual crew seat allocation process for Azul Airlines, improving efficiency, reliability, and reducing operational overhead. I also provided production support for Hapvida systems by investigating and resolving end-user issues through root cause analysis and ensuring service continuity, and I bring a strong foundation across Java, C#, SQL, C, COBOL, and agile methodologies.
