As an independent Assessment RN, I document insured clients' current care and future service needs based on their diagnoses and independence levels.

Before nursing, I led healthcare recruitment, HR, website, SEO, billing-system, and ATS implementation work. I bring experience with EMRs, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, website maintenance, app interfaces, and some coding.
