I’m a software engineer focused on building production-ready backend services with clean, maintainable design. In my role as a Software Development Project Assistant at IIIT Guwahati, I built CampusIQ, a centralized campus operations platform, by designing RESTful backend services for real workflow management.

I implemented secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with 3 distinct user roles and enforced permission-scoped access to CRUD operations across modules. I also diagnosed and resolved slow database queries by applying index optimization and query restructuring to improve response times for high-traffic endpoints in the MySQL data layer.

Beyond core engineering, I enjoy shipping AI-enabled features that create real user value. I developed InterviewIQ, an AI mock interview platform that generates personalized questions using LLM APIs, automatically evaluates responses, and produces structured feedback—while integrating authentication and credit-based usage control for scalable workflows.

I also build applied computer-vision solutions, like my Driver Drowsiness Detection System using Python, TensorFlow, and OpenCV, where I achieved 94% accuracy and maintained 20–25 FPS performance. Driven by hands-on learning and competitive problem solving (400+ DSA problems), I bring strong fundamentals in data structures, OS, DBMS, and system-oriented thinking to every project.
