What I'm looking for

I'm looking for real ownership in defining product problems, using research and behavioral data to shape decisions, and measuring whether shipped work improves outcomes.

I lead design across AI automation, ESG analytics, and fintech platforms at Celebal Technologies, owning work from discovery through post-launch iteration. My redesign of an ESG dashboard cut task completion time by 40% and raised System Usability Scale scores from 62 to 78.
