I’m looking for a QA Lead role where I can own QA strategy, scale test automation for web/mobile and AI/ML, and strengthen release quality with security testing. I want a team that values process improvement, mentorship, and measurable outcomes.

I’m an experienced Senior QA Engineer and QA Lead with 8+ years in leading QA teams and delivering reliable web, mobile, and decentralized applications. I build QA strategy and test plans end-to-end—execution, defect tracking, and release sign-off—so releases land on time and with confidence.

In my current role at TrustGrid Private Limited, I manage a QA team of 6 engineers, define QA scope and resourcing, and drive functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression testing. I also lead security and penetration testing using MOBSF, and I design automation frameworks to speed up regression and improve quality across platforms.

Previously, I reduced testing and production defects dramatically by developing automation frameworks for APIs, automating AI/ML model testing (LLM, RAG, ODQA), and improving WebSocket and mobile automation performance.
