At Microsoft, I scaled product strategy from a single organization to adoption across 30+ Microsoft 365 organizations. I also designed an AI-led software quality experience that evaluates whether tests are applicable, present, or exempt for code changes, and it was subsequently adopted across Microsoft 365.
I grew the reach of an in-product feedback experience 2.5× year over year to 28K+ users and simplified onboarding, cutting time-to-value from 15 days to 1 day. Earlier, as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, I built and launched an end-to-end developer feedback product from 0→1 using C#, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, and other technologies.
