At NoBroker.com and InteriorCompany by SquareYards, I built client relationships, converted leads into projects, developed 2D layouts and 3D visualizations, guided material selection, and coordinated design, production, and execution teams to meet budgets, timelines, and design intent.
I create detailed production drawings, renders, and final design concepts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, and V-Ray. I also manage project communication, approvals, payment milestones, market visits, and site coordination.
