What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my career in material planning and supply chain operations, contributing to manufacturing, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and process-improvement work.

At PHN Technology, I support material planning and supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing processes.

I work with MRP, material requirements, inventory levels, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and material availability. I monitor OTD, SLA, TAT, Fill Rate, and Inventory Accuracy through Excel dashboards and reports.

I've supported PO-to-delivery workflows, shortage analysis, lead-time risk review, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional coordination with production, sourcing, quality, logistics, warehouse, and engineering teams. I also apply PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and dashboards to operational reporting.

My Production Engineering background also includes lean manufacturing, process improvement, SOP documentation, SolidWorks design, 3D printing, and manufacturing execution. Outside work, I've led teams and logistics operations through Ragam at NIT Calicut and as captain of the college hockey team.
