I’m a Senior Pega Developer with 9 years of IT experience, including 5+ years delivering enterprise applications using Pega BPM. I focus on banking and insurance domains, with hands-on work across case management, payment investigations, and enterprise workflow automation.

I bring strong expertise in Smart Investigate Framework (SIF) and Request to Return Mandate (RTRM), including configuring case lifecycle, routing, SLAs, approvals, and exception handling. I design scalable solutions and contribute to functional and technical design discussions, while performing code reviews to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and coding standards.

In my day-to-day work, I build and integrate REST/SOAP services, develop Pega artifacts like Activities, Data Transforms, Data Pages, Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions, and Decision Rules, and support production releases. I’ve also handled root cause analysis, production issue resolution, and coordinated SIT/UAT and post-production support in Agile teams.
