What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Werkstudent role in full-stack, backend, cloud, or frontend engineering. I can work 12–20 hours per week during the semester and full-time during semester breaks.

At Gruve.ai, I worked with principal engineers and the founding team on AuthX, governing token lifecycle, session state, and RBAC across microservices. I also designed OTP-based multi-factor authentication by integrating Dex (OIDC) with Redis on AWS.

At Gruve.ai, I evaluated Alluxio as a distributed caching layer for GCP-hosted AI training clusters on Kubernetes, achieving ~14x faster model loading. I also built end-to-end Stripe payment infrastructure for checkout, webhook events, and refunds, enabling the platform's first revenue stream.

At Optum, UnitedHealth Group, I replaced an IBM product with a Go and React application delivering patient-specific insights to physicians. The work eliminated $100K in annual licensing costs and remediated ~500 critical security vulnerabilities.
