At Sears Global Technologies, I build production Agentic AI systems including Jessica, a voice-first home concierge using OpenAI Realtime and FastAPI, with seamless mid-call agent handoffs and contextual data conditioning. I also developed a LangChain and RAG framework that generates repair technician reports from unstructured logs using FAISS, LLM chains, and FastAPI.
Previously at NoBroker, I led development of the Callzen.ai conversational platform for call audits, agent-performance assessment, real-time transcript analysis, intent detection, and contextual evaluation. I've optimized conformer models, built a Transformer-based NER model, delivered 20+ Tornado APIs, and created Streamlit interfaces for model optimization and hyperparameter tuning.
