I’m a results-driven Operations Analyst who turns operational data into dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and performance reports that support better business decisions. I focus on monitoring key performance indicators, spotting trends and gaps, and translating insights into practical recommendations.

In my current role, I develop and maintain KPI systems for service delivery, operational performance, and client satisfaction. I analyze performance data to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities, then collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and strengthen customer-facing processes.

Before that, I designed performance dashboards and conducted daily operational audits using Excel to identify inefficiencies. I tracked KPIs across business functions, prepared reports for strategic planning, and presented data-informed insights to support alignment and resource allocation.

I also build analysis and visualization projects using SQL and Tableau—cleaning and transforming datasets, running trend and scenario-based reporting, and using data storytelling for operations and stakeholder audiences. My background in economics and procurement/supply operations keeps my approach grounded in data quality, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
