I am a quality assurance professional with hands-on manual testing experience across healthcare, e-commerce, and ERP domains, backed by academic credentials in computer science and engineering.

I have one year of industry experience as a Quality Analyst working on web and mobile applications, and around four years of teaching experience as an assistant professor, which strengthened my communication and analytical skills.

My testing work includes requirement analysis, test case design and execution, defect reporting, and preparing test execution reports; I have performed functional, non-functional, compatibility, regression, integration, and smoke testing.

I hold a Professional Software Testing Specialist (PSTS) certification, completed an internship on live projects, and am comfortable testing on Windows and macOS across different mobile device versions.
