What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end website experiences—improving UX, search, and SEO with analytics, A/B testing, and content governance—while partnering with design, tech, and business teams to deliver simple, user-centric journeys aligned to business goals.

I’m a Product Owner at Axis Bank, responsible for tracking website performance and drop-offs to improve user flow, while monitoring daily content quality, accuracy, and SEO hygiene. I manage the website search experience and query optimization, and I oversee key microsites like Burgundy Private and Learning Hub along with product education sections such as NRI, Forex, Investments, B.Tec in Electronics and communication, and Insurance.

I drive end-to-end website journeys by supporting engineering efforts for new product launches and running personalized campaigns based on on-site experience. I’ve led website revamps with domain migration (from .com to .bank.in), including UI/UX-driven improvements, content governance, CMS resource management, UAT, and analytics-based decision making—using tools like GA4, Power BI, and Adobe analytics—while also integrating AI (including AI-generated blog summaries) to reduce manual CMS work.
