At Infosys, I built an end-to-end Databricks MLOps platform for vehicle service contract and Tire & Wheel claims. I developed prediction models and implemented experiment tracking, model deployment, and production monitoring; in projects, I’ve also built a speech-to-text sentiment analysis pipeline and a RAG onboarding assistant.
