What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a UX Research role where I can run end-to-end mixed-method studies, collaborate with PM/design, and ensure my findings ship into real product decisions—while working in bilingual, stakeholder-ready environments.

I’m an Egypt-based UX Researcher with 2+ years of experience at Invygo across the KSA & UAE car subscription platform. I run end-to-end mixed-methods studies—50+ user interviews and 200+ survey respondents—and translate findings into decisions that reach production.

At Invygo, I led PDP drop-off research, uncovering trust and information gaps that drove a full product page redesign. I also ran cross-functional STO churn discovery across growth, ops, sales, and partnerships, identifying a 3-way failure in targeting, product, and operations behind subscription cancellations.

I’ve consistently pushed research into action, including driving Convoy (an internal ops tool) from discovery to production deployment—one of the first research-to-ship cycles in the team’s history. After every study, I deliver Figma artifacts—empathy maps, personas, and journey maps—ready for direct design handoff.

I’m bilingual and comfortable conducting sessions and presenting insights in Arabic and English to PM, design, and leadership audiences. My approach is grounded in usability testing, stakeholder interviews, affinity mapping, and clear synthesis that helps teams align fast and build with confidence.
