What I'm looking for

I am seeking a remote clinical prescribing role that values patient-centred digital care, clinical governance, multidisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to lead quality improvement and education initiatives.

I am an experienced Independent Prescribing Pharmacist with nine years post-registration experience across primary care, community pharmacy, hospital and remote online services, trained at Robert Gordon University (MPharm) and with an Independent Prescribing Certificate. I specialise in weight-management (GLP-1 agonists), ADHD, oncology, dermatology and psychiatry, and I am confident delivering patient-centred care in both face-to-face and digital environments.

I have led clinical governance and operations as a Lead Pharmacist and Regional Manager, supervised teams, developed SOPs, and contributed to national initiatives such as reforming the Sick Day Rules card and piloting the Scottish Foundation Pharmacist Training Programme. I am proficient with EMIS, SystmOne, Docman and advanced MS Word/Excel, and routinely perform SMRs, titration monitoring, discharge summary processing, and structured psychiatric assessments.

I am passionate about improving access to care via remote services, creating quality improvement and educational resources, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise prescribing safety, outcomes and patient experience.
